Park Golf Clubs   Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in the orginal plastic protection on the club head and original plastic wrapping and must still be in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at garysl0002@gmail.com  with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Pack the products carefully (in the same Box if possible) and take to the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping location and ship to the address below.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days

Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions/Final Sale Items: The following items are non-returnable:  Gift cards, personalized items, sale items, used items, demos, etc.
